1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ApplyHz ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of our websites, applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. University Applications

ApplyHz provides a platform to facilitate applications to educational institutions. While we strive to ensure the smooth transmission of your data:

• We do not guarantee admission to any institution.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all application materials, deadlines, and requirements are met.
• We are not responsible for the decisions made by any educational institution or their individual admissions processes.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid features of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms for the applicable Services, as we may update them from time to time.

All fees paid for applications and processing through ApplyHz are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Submitting fraudulent, false, or misleading information in your applications or account profile.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ApplyHz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
